Ali Mesbah

I am an assistant professor in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the University of British Columbia (UBC). At UBC, I lead the Software Analysis and Testing (SALT) lab.

My main area of research is software engineering with emphasis on software analysis and testing of web-based systems. I am also interested in software evolution, Web engineering, Web 2.0, social software engineering, mobile and cloud applications, and empirical software engineering.
