Congratulations to former ECE graduate student Dr. Tariq Al-Khasib, postdoctoral fellow Dr. Michael Botros Shenouda, and Professor Lutz Lampe, whose paper titled “Single and Multiple Carrier Designs for Cognitive Radio Systems” has been selected as the best paper in the Symposium on Selected Areas in Communications at the 2010 IEEE International Conference on Communications, held in Cape Town, South Africa, on 23-27 May, 2010.
