Electrical Engineering Seminar and Special Problems – DP LRNG DG MEDIA
This course is a special topics course with emphasis on theoretical and practical concepts of deep learning for digital video applications, ranging from entertainment to broadcasting, immersive media, autonomous driving, smart cities and digital health. Topics include an overview of neural networks, deep Convolutional Neural Networks for image and video applications, Recurrent Neural networks and Generative Models for video processing, cost functions, optimization, visualization and regularization, and temporal consistency and stability. This course provides an overview of digital image and video processing.
