Course Overview

This course is concerned with high-speed custom integrated circuit design in deep submicron technologies. The main purpose of this course is to introduce you to the real-world issues of integrated circuit design, with a focus towards digital circuits (we will only touch on one or two analog blocks). The course is intended for 4th year or graduate students in electrical engineering.

Prerequisite:

ELEC 402 – Introduction to VLSI Systems
