Cybersecurity

This is a begining level graduate course that introduces the subject of cyber security and privacy to graduate students. Students will become familiar with the following areas: principples of designing secure systems; cryptography; network security protocols; authentication; human, economic, and organizational aspects of cybersecurity. For those PhD and MASc students who already have some background in the subject, there is CPEN 642, which teaches how to do research in cyber security and privacy.
